Celebrating New Year's Eve in this hotel was an amazing experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the popular attractions. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free parking facility which made it easy for us to park our car without any hassle.

The hotel didn't provide any toiletries which was a minor inconvenience. , the room was a bit stuffy and there was no option for natural ventilation as the windows couldn't be opened.

Free parking and comfortable beds were the best aspects. the location was great, as it was close to the city center and we could walk there easily. the staff was quite nice and polite.

The room lacked basic appliances such as a fridge or a kettle, so we couldn't store our drinks or make tea. extra charges for breakfast and parking were a bit absurd.
